The right of revocation/return shall be applicable to shipment within the Federal Republic of Germany. The customer shall not be bound to its order if it revokes the order within a term of 2 weeks on receipt of the goods. It shall be sufficient to return the goods to us within this period of time or informs us otherwise of the revocation (e.g. e mail, phone/Fax, etc.). The original labels of the goods should not be removed or damaged, if possible. In case of revocation and/or return of the goods, the amounts paid (value of goods + shipment costs of customer) will be reimbursed as soon as we have received the returned goods.
Packages c/f not prepaid will in no case be accepted.
When returning goods please indicate your bank data so that the amounts paid can be reimbursed as soon as possible (normally within the next 30 days).
With reduced commodity a conversion is impossible (with this commodity it concerns residual items or discharge models).
The legal provision require that the goods supplied shall be inspected for completeness and proper condition immediately on receipt and/or handing over by the transport agency, e.g. shortages shall be documented directly on the consignment note. Hidden defects shall be reported by fax under 0049/3221/127 467 5 within 6 days of delivery. After that period the damage shall be deemed occurred “after the term of notice”. Please use the code given in the consignment note (delivery note).
For returned goods please use the formalities and original packaging provided by us, if available.
In case of return of damaged or used goods, Apprehension reserves the right to claim damages from the customer. The customer shall be offered the opportunity at any time to give proof of a lower damage than that claimed by Apprehension.
